Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari paid a visit to former Lagos governor and now the All Progressives Congress (APC) national leader, Bola Tinubu, in London on Thursday August 12.
There were reports that Tinubu was first to visit Buhari, so, this looks like a return visit.
