Nigerian Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki and President Muhammadu Buhari met on Tuesday, 14th May, for the first time since the 2019 general elections when Saraki lost his return to Senate bid.
According to the official Twitter handle of the presidency, Buhari hosted him and the leadership of the National Assembly to the breaking of the Ramadan fast at the Presidential Villa, Aso Rock.
Present at the event were: Saraki, Ike Ekweremadu, Lawan, Yakubu Dogara Femi Gbajabiamila, and the others.
The presidency wrote:
“President @MBuhari this evening hosted the Leadership of the National Assembly to the breaking of the Ramadan fast, at the State House. @bukolasaraki @YakubDogara @iamekweremadu @femigbajaand other principal officers attended.”
