Buhari departs Nigeria to UK for medical checkup (Photos)

Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari, on Sunday afternoon March 6, departed Nigeria for the UK for his routine medical checkup.

He is expected back to the country in the next two weeks.

Recall that a statement released about six days ago by the special adviser to President Buhari on Media and Publicity, Mr. Femi Adesina stated that from Kenya, President Buhari will proceed to London for routine medical checks that will last for a maximum of two weeks.

Instead of proceeding from Kenya to London as earlier arranged, Buhari decided to return back to Nigeria.
