The mother of two, 30, flashed her nipple covers, thong and curvy derriere in the in a daring sheer dress as she made her grand arrival at the club.
The model who rocked black matching heels sported a bright blonde bob wig, with grungy make-up complete with a jet black lip and bold red eyeshadow.
