Between Aisha Yesufu and APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe

Rights activist, Aisha Yesufu, has lambasted APC chieftain, Joe Igbokwe, after he attacked her for not standing up while the present national anthem, ‘Nigeria we hail thee’ was being recited at an event on Friday, May 31.

Igbokwe, in a post shared on his Facebook page, described Aisha’s action as a ‘nonsensical behavior’, and that she should understand that she is just damaging herself.

He wrote: “Aisha Yesufu cannot respect the National Anthem. Let us see where all the nonsensical behavior will take her to. She may not understand the damage she is doing to herself and her family. Continue.”

Aisha went straight to her X handle to lambaste him where she wrote: “Joe Igbokwe should please call a family meeting and ask them to speak freely and tell him if they are not ashamed of who he is.

“A desperado who goes about licking every behind no matter how smelly to be considered worthy of a morsel from the National cake”
