Cameroonian-born actor, Pope Obumneme Odonwodo, popularly known as Junior Pope, has died during a boat mishap.
The actor and others were said to be on their way to a movie location when the boat accident happened.
According to reports, Junior Pope and three crew members fell into the River Niger in Asaba, Delta state during the tragic incident.
The actor had recently shared a video of himself and others on a boat, before the incident.
Captioning the video, he wrote: “See me lamenting….The risk we take to entertain you; crossing river 9ja yesterday with no life jacket…. Na wahooooo Who does that ??”
