A Nigerian man (name blocked) has been quoted by one Okey Aliyu as saying, that a man, as the head of the family, has every right to slap his wife and she must not retaliate.
The man was said to have stated this on a Facebook post about the 16th Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi, who said he always tells his daughters whenever they are getting married that if their husbands slap them, he expects them to return the slap.
