A South African man, Gipson Carmine has advised men not to enter into relationships with women who are earning more than them.
Gipson believes such situations might undermine a man’s position or self-esteem in the relationship, as financial disparities can often lead to power imbalances or conflicts over decision-making.
“Don’t allow yourself to be with a woman who’s earning more than you when you start a relationship. You will thank me later. A man’s gotta be the powerful one,” he wrote.
