Mrs. Jane Nnamani, wife of former Nigerian Senate President, Chief Ken Nnamani, has passed away.
Jane, said to be in her 60s, died after a minor surgery in Enugu, according to reports.
News of her demise spread in the State on Monday, a development that has thrown her entire Amaechi country home into mourning.
The former Senate President is also reported to be out of the country. He is said to have travelled to the United States.
As of the time of filing this report, Senator Nnamani had yet to make an official statement on the death of his wife.
