The All Progressives Congress (APC) National Secretariat has been sealed by armed Police personnel on the orders of the Inspector General of Police, (IGP) Mohammed Adamu, on Tuesday.
According to Punch, the IGP had scheduled a meeting with some of the feuding members of the ruling party later on Tuesday afternoon.
The Appellate Court sitting in Abuja last week upheld the suspension of the APC National Chairman, Adams Oshiomhole.
Sequel to the Appeal court ruling, Chief Giadom, by virtue of a high court ruling, has been laying claims to the position of the APC National Chairman in an acting capacity.
But some of his colleagues in the National Working Committee said the former governor of Oyo State, Senator Abiola Ajimobi, who is indisposed, is the Acting National Chairman.
In the last few days, it has been crisis upon crisis in the party including another high court ruling which removed Chief Giadom as acting National Chairman and Rivers state chapter of APC suspending Giadom and swearing-in another person in his place.
