A video making rounds online captured a moment that the Twitter CEO, Jack Dorsey did the “Soapy” dance.
Jack Dorsey who departed Nigeria after four days of visit to Lagos and Abuja on Monday November 11, had a tutor during the dance session.
It appears somebody who resembles Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala was also there on the side line watching the Twitter boss’ dance steps.
