According to Vanguard newspaper, two persons were trampled to death in a stampede during the APC presidential campaign in Jos, Plateau state yesterday January 17.
The victims were said to be trying to force their way out of the crowded Rwang Pam Township Stadium, venue of the event, when they were trampled on and they died. (Vanguard)
