This report of Doris’ death is coming few months, after Chinedu Linus, a final year student of Ebonyi State University (EBSU) was killed after he confronted some gunmen. The death of the young man touched the students and people in Abakaliki, who considered it an unfortunate incident.
ASP Loveth Odah, Ebonyi State Police Command Spokesperson who reacted to the news said Linus was killed after he engaged robbers who robbed him. “
“I urge students not to confront robbers or any person bearing arms whenever they are attacked because such a person was no longer normal,” she said.
She went on to say only the living makes use of the valuables as he said no valuable is worth anyone’s life. The robbers were said to have stormed Lucky City Hostel, where the deceased resided at Ishieke campus of the university.
