Former Nigerian Minister of Aviation, now a Senator, Ms Stella Oduah, has been invited for questioning by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over a N9.4bn alleged fraud.
It was learnt that Oduah arrived the EFCC headquarters at 11.00 am on Monday to honour a long standing invitation.
According to reports, she was still being grilled by the anti-graft agency as at 6.00 pm. It is not clear, however, whether she will be detained overnight or for any longer period.
“She was invited over allegations bordering on abuse of office and money laundering.
“A source told TheCable that one of the allegations pertains to fraud in the sum of N9.4bn ISEC contract for security installations in some airports.”
