PM Express gathered that, the victims fell into the trap and gave her the money since last year and were expecting the returns. Not until they realised that the whole investment was a scam and when the victims asked for a return of their money, Ngozi started threatening that she will place a curse on them to scare them from demanding the money.
However, the matter was reported to the Idimu police division where Ngozi was arrested and charged to court with fraud under the Criminal Code.
Appearing before the Magistrate court sitting in Ejigbo, she pleaded not guilty as the presiding Magistrate, Mrs J.O.E Adeyemi granted her bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties in like sum. (PM Express)
