A Texas lawmaker, Representative Jessica Farrar, has proposed a bill that would fine men $100 each time he masturbates.
The Lawmaker who lives in a state where it is extremely difficult for women to get abortions, is seeking to give men a dosage of the obstacles women deal with when it comes to their health care.
Though she knows her bill won’t go far, but the Democrat lawmaker also proposed a 24-hour waiting period if a guy wants a colonoscopy or a vasectomy, or if he’s in the market for some Viagra.
In her bill, Jessica said:
“Let’s look at what Texas has done to women. What if men had to undergo the same intrusive procedures?”
But how are they going to enforce this if the bill becomes law? Will they be in every man’s room to know when he masturbates?
