Below is what a Nigerian living in California, United States has to do to meet appointment by end of October to obtain an E-Passport, or to renew Passport or to obtain Visa to visit Nigeria. But why should Nigerian government make her citizens go through this to visit his place of birth? Why should Nigerians go through this when what a Ghanaian needs to do is to fill a form, include passport photograph, evidence of birth, self-addressed envelop and application fee AND JUST POST same to his/her embassy or Consular office in the country he or she resides?
