Pure destiny. Web users have been left feeling good after a Facebook user shared the story of this elderly couple who recently tied the knot in Kaduna, Nigeria.
According to Facebook user, Chinecherem Ebubechi, who shared their photos on her page, the groom is Evangelist Matthew Owojaiye, a 73-year old man, while his bride is 63 year-old Abosede Ayobola.
Chinecherem said the couple had first met 50 years ago. The man had asked her out then, but she turned down his request. Fast forward to now, they met again and discovered they were both single and kicked it off from there. They got married in front of their family members and friends at the Living Faith Church in Zaria, Kaduna State. It’s the bride’s first wedding.
