The award winning Chocolate City rapper and his French-Ghanaian girlfriend Maima were recently involved in a cheating scandal when it was reported that Maima Nkewa was dating a Yoruba man named Akinbode based in Abuja while seeing the rapper.

On January 19, 2016 Ice Prince on two separate occasions hinted that he had broken up with his girlfriend Maima Nkewa, and later defended her on Twitter.
